HEATING – Championed by our industry leading TF electric commercial heaters, El-Björn has a selection of heating units, ranging from 2.5kW to 72kW with single and multi-directional air distribution systems.
COOLING – Our powerful air conditioning units can create comfortable environments in stifling welfare units or enclosed areas on a construction site. Whereas our evaporative coolers provide effective relief from the heat in areas with no available ventilation or open areas.
DRYING – Prevent or restore water damage to building materials, wet surfaces from seasonal rain and damp welfare facilities with our range of heated and non-heated dehumidifier units.
POWER – Stable, reliable and user friendly temporary power distribution units, tailored to your sites needs. Modular distribution units can be customised to support; inter-linking power generators, providing power to crane switches and supplying power to our climate products. Supported by our Socket Mains Distribution Units and Pan Assembly panels, El-Björn has a full range of temporary power distribution solutions for any construction site.
CONNECT – Our Temporary Building Management System El-Björn CONNECT, provides full visibility of your sites power and climate performance from an easy to use portal. Compatible with our TF EBC machines, CONNECT – Energy Sensors and CONNECT – Climate Sensors.
Our Modular Distribution Units allow you to quickly adapt to the changing power needs of your site. Our Modular power outlets are designed with rapid swap technology, allowing you to dismount one power outlet and exchange with another in less than 5 minutes. This revelation in power distribution reduces the power downtime of your site, allowing your project to get back on track much faster.
SMDU – Our Socket Mains Distribution units are built for strength fast deployment. Designed to be hard wearing to handle all working conditions, lightweight for easy transportation and with a padlockable door to prevent unwanted tampering. These plug and play units deliver reliable power wherever you need it.
Our industry leading TF EBC heating units are built using high quality materials to ensure fast and efficient heating of its given environment. Using unique distributors to effectively disperse heated air in multiple directions. Featuring heavy duty dust filters, and available in 9kW, 18kW, 36kW and 72kW models, all able to be set to half power or full power performances.
Our EBC machines are compatible with El-Björn CONNECT to help record and display the achieved and maintained heat and humidity of its environment.
Our most popular heater in the TF range, the TF18 EBS is designed as a temporary heating solution for medium-sized commercial spaces. Operated by 3 analogue dials on a front mounted control panel, controlling; 1) temperature 2) power output and 3) fan speed.
Featuring heavy duty dust filters, this iconic blue heater is perfect for construction sites, data centres, industrial areas, event venues, warehouses, and similar areas.
TF18 E – Economy
A new addition to the El-Bjorn TF heater range, the TF18 E is an entry level model designed for fast deployment in a range of industry sectors, including supermarkets and warehouses
This 18kW electric commercial heater is operated by 2 analogue dials, one controlling the temperature output and the second controlling the power output, capable of producing an airflow or up to 2200m3/h.
A compact Drying Room Heater Dehumidifier which creates a moisture and mould free environment with a gentle temperature drying process, providing short drying times with minimal energy usage. Suitable for areas up to 30m2, the A75 comes with a water extraction connection valve, external fan, thermostat and humidity controls (situated in a tamper free location).
Sturdy and reliable, the RM85 is a highly effective dehumidifier unit able to capture up to 47 litres /24h. The RM85 low energy consumption makes this unit very popular amongst many clients, able to be used continuously for a minimal cost and faster drying results. Designed with a lightweight and robust Rotomolded housing, the RM85 is perfectly suited for construction sites, industrial areas, housing projects and domestic use
Our air conditioning units provide effective cooling for a variety of spaces, our smaller 3.5kW and 4kW units for small to medium spaces such as offices, our large water cooled units are excellent for larger open spaces or data centre rooms, and our spot cooler are perfectly suited for directed cooling into a specific area such as small data centre towers.
Our AC units can be combined with our CONNECT Climate sensors to help monitor and record the temperature of the room.
Cooling your environment through the power of water. Built to cool areas by drawing warm air through a cascading water honeycomb pad, distributing a refreshingly cool breeze back into its given environment. This unit performs best in hot/dry climates with a relatively low humidity level (less than 60%) and is an excellent cooling solution for areas where hot air extraction is not possible.
Our Evaporative Coolers can be combined with our CONNECT Climate sensors to help monitor and record the temperature of the room.
El-Björn CONNECT is our temporary building management system, allowing you to see live and historic temperature, humidity and energy data across entire your project, all from your personalised online portal. Compatible exclusively with El-Björn TF heaters, CONNECT – Climate Sensors and CONNECT – Energy Meters.
Our high quality CONNECT – Climate Sensors are designed to detect the current Temperature and Humidity within its given space. Information is then wirelessly communicated back to the El-Björn CONNECT online portal to be accessed remotely by the customer.
