Industrial Drying Units

Heated drying rooms, dehumidifiers and air movement fans, suitable for construction sites, data centres and textile drying.

Air Mover Fans

Air mover fans are versatile units suitable for any site, helping to circulate air within a given environment. They can be used as a standalone solution or in combination with cooling and drying units to increase overall effectiveness.

Ventilation: When fitted with additional ducting, these fans can assist in moving air into or out of a designated space. This is useful for extracting dust or hot air from unventilated areas, or for bringing fresh air into the space from outside.

Drying: By placing air movers in a humid or damp environment in combination with a dehumidifier, you can significantly reduce drying times. Increased air circulation helps release settled moisture back into the air, where it can then be collected by the dehumidifier.

Cooling: Although not their primary function, air mover fans can provide a degree of cooling as a standalone unit or enhance the reach of cooled air when used alongside an air conditioning unit.

Available in a range of sizes, these units are suitable for use in a variety of environments, including construction sites, industrial facilities, warehouses, housing developments, facilities management, retail spaces, events, and sports venues.

Dehumidifier Units

Condensing dehumidification is a well-proven method for quickly and conveniently reducing the level of moisture in the air within a given area.

Dehumidifier Units: Sturdy and reliable, our RM85 dehumidifier units can capture up to 47 litres per 24 hours while maintaining low energy consumption. Designed with a lightweight yet robust rotomoulded housing, the RM85 is perfectly suited for construction sites, industrial areas, housing projects, and domestic use.

Heated Dehumidifying Drying Rooms: Creating a moisture- and mould-free environment, these drying units use a gentle heated drying process to deliver short drying times with minimal energy usage. These units are suited for use in construction sites, industrial areas, housing projects, domestic areas and similar settings. El-Björn provides two main variants of this effective technology:

  • Drying Rooms – These units are ideally positioned in welfare units and changing rooms, expelling heated air into the surrounding space to help release moisture back into the air, which is then collected by the unit.
  • Drying Cabinets – A more targeted solution for drying clothing and shoes, these enclosed cabinets feature heated rails and an inbuilt dehumidifier extractor. Their enclosed design increases moisture removal efficiency, reducing machine run time and overall energy consumption.
